NASHVILLE, TN – September 4, 2026 – Nashville-based singer-songwriter Ryan Hurd taps into a new level of vulnerability with new release “Emergency Contact” – listen HERE.
Penned by Ryan Hurd, Brett Tyler, and Jimmy Robbins, “Emergency Contact” is a stream of consciousness contemplation. Anchored in sharp storytelling and rock sonics, Hurd’s diary entry-like lyrics are a raw, unvarnished reflection, caught in the gray space between holding on and letting go.
"My song ‘Glory.’ is where I am now, but ‘Emergency Contact’ is the scary part of starting over,” Hurd shares. “Hopefully these are the kinds of songs that can hurt and heal at the same time.”
Signed to Combustion Masters and unveiling a new chapter of music, starting with July’s “Glory.,” Hurd is in the studio now finalizing his third studio album.
