When Grammy Award nominated producer and songwriter Sainte signs up to work with another artist, he’s more than merely a credited collaborator, but someone who truly rolls up his sleeves and immerses himself in the art of construction. Initially getting involved on the production front with several early recordings from singer/songwriter Matt Wertz throughout college, followed by time as an apprentice for super producer Mitch Dane (Jars of Clay, Caedmon’s Call, Bebo Norman). Once gaining a wealth of firsthand experience, those credits quickly snowballed on his own, ranging from ultra-influential indie rockers The Juliana Theory, to hardcore heroes Project 86, and alt-pop/dance act Jonezetta. Add in additional acts as diverse as pop/R&B group NAWAS, neon-grunge artist Lukr, and alt-pop queen Cappa, and it’s evident Sainte is just as versatile as he is innovative and infectious.
